At UB Brands, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your inclusive hair or skin care products, we’re here to help. Please review our returns, refunds, and exchanges policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.


2. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer care team at support@ubbrands.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide instructions and a return authorization.

  3. Ship the product(s) back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to UB Brands’ error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).


4. Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll happily replace it at no cost.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional items or free samples

  • Final sale or clearance products


6. International Returns

  • International customers may return eligible products, but return shipping costs and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
