Orders that are already paid for when the order is placed wait for payment. We can only process your order after we have received your payment.
After placing your order, your payment will be transferred to our system. This should take a few minutes. If the status of your order is “in processing” even after several hours, please check your PayPal payment. This should have the status “Completed”. If it is “open”, please contact PayPal customer service.
As part of our PayPal comfort payment, you connect your hair-shop customer account to your PayPal customer account. As soon as this link exists, you can order from us without having to log in to PayPal again. You can cancel the connection at any time in your customer account or with PayPal.
We accept payments by VISA and Mastercard. When paying by credit card, the amount will be debited from your credit card immediately after the order is placed.
Payment with your credit card is required by entering a SecureCode / Verified by Visa. Your personal password authorizes you as a legitimate cardholder and protects you from unauthorized use of your credit card at participating retailers. If you do not enter this, your order will not be processed any further and will appear in your account as “pending”.
After we have received your payment, you will receive a payment confirmation. As soon as your order has been paid for in full, we will approve your order for shipping.
Have you made your prepayment a few days ago but still haven’t received a payment confirmation? Please send us a proof of payment to info@ubbrands.com, we will check the payment. Please note that a bank transfer can take 1 to 3 bank working days.
You can conveniently pay for your order in installments with us. With Klarna’s installment purchase, you decide for yourself how much you pay every month – in bits and pieces and at your own pace.
With the “Sofortüberweisung” payment method, the payment is sent to us immediately by bank transfer. The order will then be released for shipping (even before we have actually received payment).
With the SEPA direct debit you can pay conveniently by withdrawing the purchase amount from your account. The amount will only be withdrawn from the account once the order has been sent. If part of the order is canceled, only the remaining amount will be collected. A refund will always be made to the account from which the withdrawal was made. The payment is carried out by our payment partner Klarna.
You can pay for your order with us using your Amazon account. The money is collected using the payment method stored there.
The iDEAL payment method is possible with an account at a participating Dutch bank. These are, for example: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot Bankiers.
By choosing the iDEAL payment method, the customer is forwarded directly from our shop to his house bank. All important payment data are automatically transmitted and only need to be confirmed by the customer. In addition to the high security standard and the low effort for the customer, the further ordering process can be processed faster by us than with other payment methods thanks to the immediate transfer.
