To provide our customers with the best quality products, all the hair extensions, wigs and products first get inspected for damages and low-quality before we ship them out to you.
Processing does not take more than two business days. Once we have your purchased item on the way, we make sure to send out emails and inform our clients. If your product is custom-made, it takes more than two business days at max to get your product manufactured and then sent. The processing time is excluded from the shipping timings.
Total Delivery Time/Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
• We avoid shipping our products to any post office boxes via detectable methods. The package cannot be tracked once it is sent out to you and the delivery time is not guaranteed.
• We definitely encourage the deliveries sent to a real and physical address so it can be tracked as well.
• If the shipping address can not be verified, we make sure to send the orders to the billing address in order to protect the cardholder’s information and money.
• For international deliveries, customs are available. For duties, taxes and any additional charges, we are not responsible.
Return your ordered items within a week’s time after receiving your order.
1. If your original order has a visible manufacturing defect such as hair material, size, style, cap construction or a different hair color, they will be considered as returned products within the first seven days and eligible for a refund. Our customer service will be able to help you out, feel free to contact them.
2. Make sure the lace is in the original form and the hair extensions are in place before you return the order for a refund. Items must be returned just as they were delivered avoiding alteration, worn, damaged with tags attached in the original packaging.
3. If you want to return your order, contact our customer care services first via email. After their confirmation, you can return the order. After the inspection of the item, once it is received, your refunding will be automatically processed and the payment will be sent to your original payment account. The return shipping fee will be paid by the buyer. Or it can be discussed and negotiated over with the customer care services.
4. Accessories, liquids, styling and care products as well as special custom-made items and ineligible for return. Please, not that free presents will be shipped out along with the original package.
5. After your return request is authorized, you can ship back the hair extensions back to the same address we provided. Remember to send out your order number and returned package number.
